It might seem crazy…please read!

I don’t care if you think I’m crazy! This works!!

When I suggest this, people think I’m out of my mind. Their minds quickly change when they see the results. The initial “You’re nuts!” becomes “Why doesn’t everyone know this?”

Last week I saw 2 clients in for follow ups. Both of these people were convinced they were destined for injections and/or surgery. I begged each to trust me for a week and do everything I asked of them. Both clients returned with completely different perspectives. Each client returned at least 80 % improved just by applying the principles I taught them. They were both shocked at the improvement. I so wish I could get everyone to believe!

What did I ask these people to do? I asked them to modify their diets. I keep it super simple so failure is not an option. I ask people to for sure eliminate wheat and dairy 100 %. I’d prefer people to eliminate wheat, dairy, corn, soy and eggs. These five foods are the most common inflammatory foods. I don’t push eliminating all five right away as many times the improvement seen with the elimination of wheat and dairy provides enough relief to motivate people. Eliminating corn, soy and eggs suddenly becomes easy when improvement is evident.

The next question is “What do I eat?” Simplicity is the answer. If you’re interested in a Vegan plan, you’ll eat fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and seeds, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, gluten free oatmeal, brown rice and quinoa. You may use small amounts of olive oil, coconut oil, and high quality sea salt.

If you feel that you need meats for optimum function, choose only high quality meats, chicken, fish and turkey. As with the Vegan plan, you can eat fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and seeds, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, gluten free oatmeal, brown rice, and quinoa. You can use small amounts of olive oil, coconut oil and high quality sea salt.

I could care less if people think I’m crazy. Keeping people off medications and away from invasive procedures is my life’s goal. It might take longer than 1 week for the diet changes to become evident. It might take 2, 3, 4 weeks or longer. Regardless, changing your diet to eliminate inflammatory foods will ease your pain. This plan will work! You can heal!
