Caring For Your Health

When your mind and body are balanced, you have greater freedom to live your best life. I believe healing is most powerful when we care for the whole person. My approach combines compassionate, intuitive hands-on therapy, including craniosacral therapy, with faith-centered spiritual life coaching to support your body, calm your nervous system, and create greater balance between mind, body, and soul. 


With more than three decades of clinical experience, I use skilled manual therapy techniques to support the body’s natural ability to heal, reduce pain and tension, restore function, and promote whole-body wellness. 


Depending on your individual needs, sessions may incorporate visceral therapy to address restrictions and imbalances affecting the organs and surrounding tissues, and craniosacral therapy to release tension and encourage nervous-system regulation.


When appropriate for your goals, faith-centered spiritual life coaching and/or healing prayer may also be included to support personal growth, clarity, purpose, and the healing of the mind and spirit.
