The Body Whisperer Meditation is a guided meditation that takes you through the majority of the Body Whisperer Protocol that I have developed, use with my clients and teach in my Body Whisperer Trainings. I guide you through this meditation at the end of my Body Whisperer Training. Concluding the weekend with this meditation reinforces the protocol for the student and reminds the student about the importance of self care.
