First, you must find a qualified manual therapist who is able to balance your body. When you balance the body on all levels including the physical and the emotional, you set the body up to heal. Based on over 20 years of experience, when you set your body up to heal, it will.
Second, it’s imperative to find a form of exercise that best suits your condition AND is something that you enjoy. Most times, the best exercise for chronic pain is walking daily for 20 minutes.
Third, you must look at your nutrition. What foods are you eating that might be “healthy” but are actually increasing your inflammation? What supplements are you taking that are supposed to be the cure all that again are doing nothing but making you more inflamed?
The fourth and final piece to the package is stress. How high are your stress levels? Let’s define stress. Stress, in fact, is what gets you out of bed in the morning. When you are too busy, too busy even if it’s good, is stress that creates body breakdown. Even if all you have is good, too much good, your system is stressed.
